William M. "Bill" Kesler

William M. "Bill" Kesler, 79, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024. Born in Akron, Ohio to Carlos and Juneadell (Carmer) Kesler, he resided in the Akron area all of his life. Bill retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. with 35 years of service. He loved playing golf, collecting clocks, going to the beach and spending time with his family.

Bill will be sadly missed by his wife of 44 years, Linda; children, Shawn (Sherry) Kesler, Lisa (Kyle, Sr.) Gowens; grandchildren, Joe (Jessica), Amanda (Blake), Kyle, Jr. (Ashley); great grandchildren, J. J., Jacob, Jaidynn, D. J.; sister, Carla Curley; several other loving family members and friends.

Bill and Linda were married on November 26, 1980. On the 26th day of every single month (for 44 years) Bill lovingly gave flowers to the love of his life.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 2952 Edison St. NW, Uniontown. The Memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. Those who wish may make memorial donations in Bill's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
