William "Mike" Tucker, 65, born December 17, 1957, died on October 3, 2023. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Mary, and his cherished nephew, Brian Williams.
He is survived by devoted sisters Kathy, Patty, and Mary Anne (Bill) Anderson; three nieces, two great-nieces and a great-nephew, along with numerous cousins.
A proud graduate of Hoban High School and Akron University, Mike was a hard worker all of his life, retiring from the Post Office in 2021. He loved to travel, especially to Vegas, Montana, white water rafting destinations, or on cruises with Patty and Kathy. He also enjoyed betting on horse races and working in his yard.
An avid reader, he trounced his sisters every night as they played along with the Jeopardy show.
Mike was kind and generous to everyone, especially his nieces and nephew. Devoted to his Irish mother, he took gentle care of her for years.
We will miss his intelligence, his quick wit, wicked sense of humor, and groovy dance moves.
