William Arthur Wolfe

William Arthur Wolfe, 72, of Akron, passed away on January 15, 2021. William was born in Akron on September 27, 1948 to the late John and Elizabeth Wolfe. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Diane (Harold) Hughes, Barbara Sheeler, and James Wolfe. He is survived by his daughters, Caroline and Emmy Frazier; brother-in-law, Kenneth Sheeler; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and two granddaughters. He will be especially missed by his devoted caregivers: niece, Deon Burton and Kenneth Sheeler.
William graduated from North High School and attended Akron University for art. He worked at Goodyear and later at Falls Stamping Plant. William had many interests, including art, photography, and carpentry.
There will be no services due to the COVID pandemic and cremation will take place. Family members may call Newcomer Funeral Home at (330) 784-3334 for information.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in William's honor to the Akron Regional Food Bank.
