William F. Wood, 68, of Akron, went home to be in Gods loving arms on December 8, 2004. William was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed all nature. He will always be remembered for his love of family and friends. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Ada; parents, Richard and Alma; brothers, George and Paul. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Janice; son, William Preston Wood of Akron; sisters, Lucille (Hubert) Flatten of Tallmagde and Judy (Daniel) Vaughan of Akron; brother, John Wood of Akron. All services will be private.
