Preceded in death by wife, Etta Tucker; sons, Martin Bobo, Courtney Brazil, and Willie Joe Tucker, Jr. Loving father of Michael Carr, Donnie Ruiz, Charles Snowden, Sr., Anthony Grey, Jody Tucker, Lawrence (Matisa) Wilborn, Marcus Ruiz, Chezarae Floyd, Charmie Tucker-Greene, Carmenina Drummond, Euniece (Donald) Carter, Tamiko Tucker, Kelly (Quinton) Prigmore, Yvette Ruiz, JoNetta Ruiz, Tiffany Finney, Brenda Fleming, LaVerne Wilborn, Mary Fleming, Michelle Roberson, Alisa Sibley; 97 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at United Baptist Church, 1007 S. Hawkins, Akron, OH 44320. Pastor Greg Harrison of Antioch Baptist Church will officiate. Family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. Food may be taken to the church at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to 39 Royal Place, Akron, OH 44310 prior to service. Flowers may be sent to NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron.
