Winifred Gall

Winifred "Winnie" Gall, 56, of Akron, went home to be with the Lord on October 19, 2022. Winnie was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 26, 1965 and graduated from South High School. She was a licensed cosmetologist and loved styling hair. She was very creative and enjoyed arts and crafts, making baskets, and cooking.

Winnie will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and generous spirit. She was a loving, caring woman who was the first to help anyone in need. She was a wonderful mother, G-ma, sister,niece,auntie, and friend and will be truly missed by all.

Winnie was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Gall; grandmother, Margaret Pender; auntie, Donna Mae Bohler; son, Javantez Romell Gall; and sister, Victoria Lynn Gall.

Winnie leaves her spirit through her son,Deshawn Gall (Tanisha Woods) and her grandson, N'Tavyaire Gall; son, Paul (Jessica) Gall and her grandchildren, Ja'Layshia, Dontez, and Davantez Johnson-Gall; son, Prentice Gall (Jennifer Nichols) and her grandchildren, Damier, Amirah, and Ajani Gall; daughter, Earnesha Brooks; and son, Earnest Brooks; her sister, Edwina (Harry) Johnson and her nieces and nephew, Jasmine (Romero), Zuri, Gabrielle, Kendrick, and Vania; brother, Vernon Gall and her niece and nephew, Vernisha and Davion; brother, Royzell (Janine) Gall and her nieces and nephew, Amani, Anisa, and Ray; uncle, Tony M. Parsons. Winnie also leaves a host of other loving relatives and friends including special cousin, Pamela Teague and best friends, Relonn,Vicky and Lillian Brooks.

Homegoing services will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 12:00 noon with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the start of service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron. View the livestream service at OneRoom Streaming
